BROTHER OTIS ROSE IS A BAD M-F'ER

Some of you may remember me mentioning the mental health patient that goes by the name of Brother Otis Rose. For those of you that don't, Otis looks like Andre 3000 at age 55, and dresses just as smooth. He loves Hitachi televisions, metal bands (???), and conspiracy theories. He's very sweet, unless he's off his meds. Then he thinks the Nazis are after him, and he gets violent. My favorite thing about Brother Otis is the dapper way he dresses. Yesterday, he took it to a new level, entering the store fully decked out in quality English riding gear, complete with breeches, hard cap, and riding crop. I can't even begin to imagine where a poor, mentally-ill man found this riding outfit, much less paid for it, but I do know that I like his style. And I want his riding boots.
