and onion
black cast iron skillets
hissing
from blue flames with orange
tips licking at them
the smell of ground beef
and pepper
making our mouths ultra wet
a broken man at the kitchen
table
in clothes that don't belong
to anyone
seems content with my
conversation
of anything else but
